We’re pleased to announce the brand new studentbrass.com book, designed to help and support you as you work through the material on this website. The music notation for each piece is reproduced as a full page, and there are fingering and slide position charts, plus basic music theory guides, along with diary pages to help you track your progress. There is an attainment certificate at the end of each level, which can be awarded when all the pieces have been successfully completed.
This book replaces our previous Practice Diary – most of the material is the same, but the major difference is that it is suitable for more instruments: cornet, trumpet, tenor horn, euphonium, french horn (F & Bb), baritone horn, trombone and tuba.
The book is A5 size, so unlike most music books, it will fit into the majority of brass instrument cases without getting screwed up. It is spiral bound so that it can easily be folded back on a music stand.
